Fitness February
My friends and I are planning to have themed months. It started one boring Chem class when I thought of having my own fitness month and so I came up with “Fitness February” (haha!) Anyway we listed down things to do this coming month. Here’s what we came up with:
- play badminton
- play lawn tennis
- play volleyball
- play basketball
- eat pineapple/saba instead of rice
- drink lots of water
- jog at least once a week
- 20 crunches every day
- remove sugar in coffee
- eat rice the size of your fist
- double veggie intake
- et protein/red meat only once a week
Pretty ambitious, right? I have no problem with the exercise part but I think I’ll fail with the diet part. Huhu. No no, erase. I shall conquer this. But really, I’m the ultimate food junkie so this one’s gon be tough.
Anyway, we’re still thinking what March’s gonna be. April would be Adventure April which I’m excited about because I love adventures. Hee. You might think this kind of things are childish but these are what make me look forward to the future and motivates/ inspires me. I don’t wanna lose this excitement somewhere along the way so I hope it works.
Besides this, there are a lot of other things to look forward to for February. First is our camping for CWTS, then UP Fair (!!!), my beautiful niece’s birthday, and.. uh, hell weeks? T_T Get ready for my school rants. Soooo, Happy Feb 1st in 4 hours. :P
